G. Michelle Wallace

G. Michelle Wallace serves as Business Process Lead at JP Morgan Chase in Newark, DE and currently resides in Abingdon, MD.

Prior to joining JP Morgan Chase, Ms. Wallace worked at American Express in various positions - Customer Relations, Finance, Global Information Services and Manager - MI Consulting for the Global Product Development group.

Ms. Wallace attended Nova Southeastern University where she earned a Bachelors degree in Business Management. She also attended University of Phoenix where she studied Technology Management and earned her Masters Degree in 2004. Her core expertise includes Business Management, Project Management, Teaching, Consultant and Process Development.

During her personal time, Ms. Wallace enjoys Traveling, Jewelry Making, Reading and spending time with family and friends.
